September Brings Changes to Harassment Laws & OHSA

On March 8 2016, “Bill 132” (the changes to the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act that specifically deal with workplace sexual harassment) received Royal Assent. It becomes law on September 8, 2016. The changes will require an update to existing workplace harassment policies.
